Auto Salesman - Experienced Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Auto Salesman to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in vehicle sales, excellent customer service skills, and strong product knowledge across new and used vehicles. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget Present and demonstrate vehicles, explaining features, performance, and benefits Conduct test drives and answer technical and financing questions Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing options to close sales Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and market trends Prepare and process sales documentation accurately and efficiently Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and build repeat business Develop and maintain a strong customer base through referrals and networking Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets Ensure compliance with dealership policies and legal regulations Required Qualifications Proven experience as an auto salesman or automotive sales consultant Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Customer-focused mindset with a professional appearance Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Skills & Experience Experience selling used vehicles Experience selling tractors and Trailers Knowledge of financing, leasing, and warranty products Familiarity with CRM and dealership management systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $3,000.00 per month Benefits: * 401(k) matching License/Certification: * Automotive Sales License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Cortez, CO 81321 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
