MEMBERSHIP SALES ASSOCIATE Objective To deliver exceptional customer service, drive membership sales and retention, increase studio traffic, and support local marketing efforts through engaging social media and community outreach--while professionally representing the HOTWORX brand at all times. Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service and create a motivating member experience * Drive membership sales, retention, and in-studio traffic * Assist members with sauna use, workouts, and post-session guidance * Promote the HOTWORX App, Burn Off Challenge, and retail products * Meet membership and retail sales goals through prospecting and follow-ups * Maintain a clean, professional studio environment * Support local marketing and social media engagement efforts * Represent the HOTWORX brand professionally at all times Requirements * 1+ year sales experience; confident communicator and cross-seller * Passion for fitness, health, and wellness * Strong customer service and relationship-building skills * Positive, goal-driven attitude * Active on social media (Instagram & Facebook) * Able to complete required training and support team needs Pay: $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
