Position Overview We're looking for a charismatic and proactive Business Development Representative to grow Green Oasis's presence in the Houston market. You'll be the face of the brand in the design and commercial real estate community -- building relationships, identifying project opportunities, and promoting our plant and green wall solutions to interior designers, CRE members, and facilities managers. You'd be responsible to establish and develop the Houston market with the support of an established organization. Key Responsibilities * Conduct engaging presentations in-person for architects, interior designers, and developers. * Attend industry mixers, networking events, trade shows, and local A&D events to expand Green Oasis's visibility. * Identify, qualify, and track potential projects requiring plants, planters, green walls, and horticultural maintenance. * Build pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet revenue targets. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the commercial real estate, design, and facilities management industries. * Collaborate with internal sales and design teams to pass along qualified leads and support proposal development. * Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, and opportunities in Salesforce CRM Ideal Candidate * Strong network or experience in the A&D or commercial real estate communities in Houston. * Polished presentation and public speaking skills -- comfortable leading lunch & learns and drop-ins. * Proactive self-starter who thrives in relationship-driven environments. * Able to attend in-person events, presentations, and site visits throughout the Houston region.
