Appointment Setter / Outbound Sales & Closing Location: Hybrid - Powell, TN Area (Must live locally) Pay: $30,000 - $50,000+ per year (Base + Uncapped Commission) Job Type: Full-time / Contract About the Role The Spot 4 Dogs K-9 Training is looking for a closer. We have a steady stream of leads coming in, but we need a sales professional who knows how to pick up the phone, handle objections, and convert interested dog owners into booked evaluations. This is not a passive customer service role. This is a sales position for someone who is hungry, aggressive on the phone, and understands that "speed- to-lead" equals money in your pocket. The Mission (Responsibilities) * Speed-to-Lead: You must contact new leads within 5 minutes during your active window. Speed is the #1 factor in closing these deals. * Outbound Pursuit: Don't just wait for the phone to ring. You will be making outbound calls to warm leads, past inquiries, and follow-ups. * Objection Handling: You must be comfortable hearing "It's too expensive" or "I need to talk to my spouse" and skilled enough to overcome those objections to book the appointment. * CRM Management: Manage your pipeline in Go High Level (GHL), ensuring no lead falls through the cracks. The Schedule & Availability To succeed in this role, you must be available when our customers are looking for us. * Scheduled Admin Hours: ~20-25 hours/week for deep work, follow-up, and coaching (Covered by Base Pay). * On-Call Response Window: Monday - Saturday. You must be available to respond to incoming leads via phone/text immediately during this window. Compensation Structure * Guaranteed Base: $350/week (covers your admin/scheduled time). * Commission: 7% on every closed sale. * Target Earnings: Our target for this role is $45k - $55k+, but commission is uncapped. If you are a strong closer, you will earn more. Who We Are Looking For * Experience: 2+ years of Sales experience required (Phone sales/Outbound preferred). * The "Closer" Mindset: You don't just answer questions; you lead the conversation toward a booking. * Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs (Go High Level is a huge plus). * Local: Must live near Powell, TN for occasional in-person meetings. * Animal Lovers: A background in vet tech or pet care is a bonus, but sales skill comes first.
