Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. * Utilize effective communication and public speaking skills to present vehicle features and benefits. * Manage inventory and assist in marketing efforts to promote available vehicles. * Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up with leads to drive sales. * Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software. Requirements: * Qualifications * Strong public speaking and communication skills * Excellent customer service and retail sales background * Ability to engage in outbound sales and support * Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management is a plus! * Knowledge of marketing and retail math principles is also a plus!
