Job Overview We're hiring Retail Sales Representatives to showcase AT&T's newest devices and services. You'll serve as a trusted guide for customers, helping them make confident choices, demonstrating technology, and ensuring every shopper leaves with a positive experience. Key Responsibilities * Connect with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right AT&T wireless or entertainment solutions. * Keep up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions. * Accurately process purchases, answer account questions, and provide quick resolutions to customer issues. * Consistently meet or surpass individual and store performance targets. * Take part in training sessions to sharpen skills and stay informed on industry changes. * Represent both AT&T and Mount Vision Inc with professionalism and respect at all times. What We 're Looking For * Background in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required. * Strong people skills and the ability to communicate clearly. * Driven, competitive, and goal-oriented personality. * Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts. * Must be 18 years of age or older.
