This position is ideal for someone looking to step into a leadership role while still being highly involved in the sales process. You will lead a team of specialists, help with hiring and training, and ensure that the team meets performance and customer service goals. Essential Responsibilities: * Drive sales by acquiring new clients and managing high-value accounts. Lead by example and maintain high sales activity. * Supervise, motivate, and develop a team of Account Specialists. Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback. * Manage the hiring process, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new team members. * Lead ongoing training sessions for new hires and current team members to improve sales effectiveness and customer service skills. Requirements: * 3+ years in insurance sales, customer service, or team leadership. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals. * Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses required. * Proven ability to manage a team, handle complex client situations, and work in a fast-paced environment. * High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Compensation: $70,000-$78,000 per year + bonus (up to $12,000 annually)
