Experienced HVAC Sales Rep - King of Prussia, PA Sila Services, LLC is a family owned and operated heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical corporation that is currently in growth mode. We are looking for an energetic, dynamic sales person who is skilled at in-home sales. Experience in the HVAC/R and Plumbing Industry is required. A highly confident sales person with in-home sales experience with heating, cooling, and ventilation product knowledge, that has a desire to win, is what we want. You can be successful in this position if you: * Have in-home sales experience * Possess excellent one-on-one presentation skills * Assertive and results-oriented with a need to succeed * Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities * Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment * Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life * Hold customer service as a top priority * Conduct business based on honesty and integrity Residential HVAC Outside Sales Responsibilities: * Conduct in-home consultations with leads generated for you from our corporate marketing team. * Present air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini split, and other HVAC products options with home owners. * Maintain lead pipeline through continued customer outreach and prospecting. Qualifications: * Valid Drivers' License * Residential service experience is preferred * 3+ years with excellent customer service skills and HVAC/R Outside Sales experience Sales opportunities come to us through a generous advertising budget, repeat customers, and your own prospecting efforts.
