Position: Sales & Customer Experience Associate We are currently hiring a motivated and personable team member to fill the role of Sales & Customer Experience Associate. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Customer Support & Styling: * Greet and assist customers with suit selections, styling advice, and size recommendations * Accurately measure clients for tailoring and provide fit suggestions * Resolve any customer concerns to ensure a seamless shopping experience Wedding Group Coordination: * Work directly with wedding parties to organize fittings and manage bulk orders * Offer one-on-one assistance to ensure group needs are met for their big day * Maintain communication throughout the order and fitting process Sales Floor Responsibilities: * Upsell and cross-sell accessories and additional products * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor Schedule & Expectations: * 35 to 40 hours per week * Must be available on Monday - Saturdays (9 AM - 6 PM) * Arrive 8:45am and Leave at closing Preferred Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in retail sales and customer service * Background in menswear, formalwear, or tailoring highly preferred Ideal Skill Set: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail * Ability to manage time and multitask effectively * Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset * Sales skills including upselling and styling recommendations Job Type: Full-Time Pay: salary + sales commission Expected Hours: 40 per week Work Location: In-person at our Newark location If you're passionate about style, service, and helping customers look their best, we'd love to meet you.
