Murphy Family Kubota Dealership Murphy family Kubota. We are a family owned business looking for a hardworking employee to sell new Kubota Tractors and small construction equipment. Murphy Family Kubota Dealership has 3 locations and sells tractors, zero turns, compact tractors, ag tractors, side by sides and construction equipment. Sales experience is preferred, although we are willing to train. This position would have a base hourly wage with great incentive opportunity. Bonus compensation would be based on New equipment, used equipment and quarterly accumulation of sales.
