• Prepare and process contracts, purchase orders, and submittals
• Set up and manage job accounts with accurate documentation
• Organize project files, budgets, and manuals so everything is easy to find
• Coordinate project start dates and keep deadlines on track
• Handle permits, inspections, and city licensing requirements
• Manage special requests like background checks and security protocols
• Track scopes of work and submittals to ensure timely approvals
• Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes What We 're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Great communicator and problem solver
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Previous admin or clerical experience is a plus
