Job description Sales Manager/Consultant At Euro Med Spa our Inside Sales and Consultation Specialist will promote multiple services to our clients. This position will coordinate with the managers to ensure consistent leads generation and high sales along with collaborating with colleagues on the ever-changing needs of the market. The Sales Specialist will work under the guidance of the General Manager for the assigned territory and have the full support of the Management team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Build strong relationships with leads and existing clients. * Post procedure follow-up * Maintain garment inventory * Educate the target-market, clients, and cross-market businesses. * Ensure clients have knowledge of all services and products by promotion utilization, collaborating with the team to maximize sales support, and ensure products and services are promoted effectively. * Develop and support sales goals. * Maintain a high level of product knowledge, policies, procedures, and contacts. * Provide consistent documentation, samples and promotional material fulfillment. * Work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion to analyze and address opportunities. Position Requirements: Speaks Spanish and English Key Qualifications: * Superior rapport and relationship building skills. * Ability to work as a team. * Resilience and adaptability within a fast-paced industry. * Persuasive verbal and written communication and listening skills. * Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. * Strong organizational and time management skills. Education and Experience Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of documented B2B and/or sales experience. * Experience in the Medical Spa industry preferred. * A valid driver's license and a safe driving record EURO Med Spa is an equal opportunity employer.
