As the newest member of our Roseville, MI team, you earn a competitive base salary (depending on qualifications): * Rookie: $65,000 - $85,000/year * Professional: $85,000 - $105,000/year * Legend: $105,000 - $130,000+/year We also provide commission , bonuses , and these excellent benefits and perks: * Health, dental, and vision coverage * 15 days of PTO and 6 paid holidays * 401(k) matching * Company-paid life insurance * Company truck and phone * Referral bonus program * Paid learning and personal development reimbursement HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT Here's a quick overview of your goals as a Residential Roofing Sales Rep: * Run at least 15 appointments per week * Self-generate 20% of your leads * Close at least 70% of repair and service appointments * Flip 10-20% of repairs to the replacement sales team * Sign $1,000,000 in work annually You're a master problem solver and smooth communicator, working directly with homeowners to secure more business for our company. As you visit homes, you assess exterior damage, identify service options, and explain to the homeowner why we're the best choice for their roof. You follow our defined sales process to build rapport with prospects and demonstrate your roof, siding, gutter, and attic insulation knowledge. You generate cost estimates, maintain detailed documentation, and complete inspections to ensure the best service for clients.
