About the Role

We are seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our outside sales team representing life insurance products directly to consumers. This is a field-based, face-to-face sales role ideal for individuals who thrive in performance-driven environments and want long-term growth opportunities. This position offers hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path to leadership and team-building for top performers. What You 'll Do

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned territories
• Educate families on life insurance options and protection planning
• Build rapport quickly and professionally with homeowners
• Schedule and complete applications for qualified clients
• Meet daily activity goals and participate in team coaching
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism Schedule
• Monday - Wednesday
• Flexible daytime and early evening hours
• Consistent weekly schedule with structured support
