The Role: As a Sales Consultant, you'll ensure each guest has an exceptional shopping experience while guiding them through our wide selection of products. Your role includes: * Creating a fun, engaging environment and transforming store guests into loyal customers. * Client Relationship Management - Curates and maintains a personal book of clients to drive repeat and referral business. * Customer Focus - Listens, understands, and matches solutions to customer needs. * Relationship Building - Builds trust and rapport, guides customers to purchase decisions with confidence. * Goal orientation - Driven by achieving and exceeding sales goals. * Entrepreneurial Mindset - Treats the role like running a business, with ownership of results. * Team Collaboration - Contributes to a supportive, success-driven team culture. * Adaptability - Able to adjust to different customers, products and situations. * Product Knowledge - Shares up-to-date product knowledge (styles, fabrics). * Operational - Submitting precise orders, following established protocols adhering to money handling processes, supporting customers with credit applications and financing matters.
