Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career. You will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and initiating the sales process for our custom metal nameplates. This role is a crucial part of our growth strategy, and you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed. Duties * Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services. * Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research and cold calling. * Manage and update a sales database with accurate customer information and sales activities. * Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies. * Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with potential clients. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goal Experience * Previous experience in fastener sales, MRO product sales, and/or B2B industrial sales is a plus but not required * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional phone demeanor. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
