In Seattle's fast-moving digital landscape, we're hiring an AT&T Sales Associate to support AT&T's campaign by helping real people choose the right cell phone, wireless device, or home internet solution--Fiber or 5G-- with honesty. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you'll build your expertise through a robust training program that goes beyond specs to focus on solution-fit. The AT&T Sales Associate masters how AT&T's smartphones, wireless hotspots, and home internet technologies solve everyday challenges--so they can advise with insight, integrity, and genuine care. Key Responsibilities of the AT &T Sales Associate * Guide residential customers in selecting AT&T mobile devices, wireless plans, and home internet services with clarity and accuracy. * Evaluate household usage patterns to recommend AT&T packages that maximize coverage, speed, affordability, and reliability. * Drive customer acquisition by identifying opportunities, managing pipelines, and consistently achieving AT&T sales performance goals. * Process activations, upgrades, and service adjustments with precision, ensuring billing accuracy and secure account documentation. * Communicate promotions, plan details, and product features in transparent, solutionfocused language to build customer trust and loyalty. * Collaborate with AT&T Sales Associates to align sales strategies with AT&T product launches, marketing campaigns, and retention initiatives. Minimum Qualifications of the AT &T Sales Associate * A high school diploma or GED is preferred. * Strong communication and problemsolving skills to explain AT&T packages, resolve service concerns, and build trust. * Organized, proactive, and adaptable mindset with resilience to excel in fastpaced environments and consistently achieve goals. * Reliable Transportation. Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,200.00 per month Work Location: In person
