Job Overview As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchase process. You'll work closely with our sales team and management to meet and exceed sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Engage with potential customers to understand their automotive needs and provide product recommendations. * Demonstrate vehicle features, options, and benefits to prospective buyers. * Assist customers in test drives and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. * Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing options to close deals. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product inventory, market trends, and competitive offerings. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they return for future purchases and services. * Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. * Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. * Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, resolving concerns, and handling any post-sale issues. Qualifications * Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to build rapport with clients and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. * Knowledge of automotive features and industry trends is beneficial. * A passion for cars and delivering outstanding customer service. * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
