Independent Sales Representative - Pre-Need Sales Location: Valley of the Temples Memorial Park, Kaneohe, HI (Honolulu County) Job Type: Independent Contractor (Commission-Based Only) Projected First-Year Income: $75,000 - $195,000 Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for helping others? What We 're Looking For * Proven Closer: You're confident in your ability to close sales on the first call and have the track record to prove it. * Experienced Seller: You bring at least 2 years of direct or in-home sales experience and consistently meet or exceed quotas. * Natural Communicator: Your emotional intelligence and presentation skills make you a trusted advisor. * Self-Motivated: You're disciplined, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented. * Community-Oriented: You enjoy building relationships and becoming a trusted resource in your area. Key Responsibilities * Build relationships within the community to educate families on pre-need planning. * Set appointments and deliver compelling presentations using our pre-planning guide. * Accurately complete contracts using our proprietary software, Navigator. * Track sales activity and performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for growth. * Use Velocify to manage contacts and ensure timely, professional follow-up. * Prospect consistently through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, mailers, seminars, and local events. * Stay informed on relevant topics such as veterans' benefits, Social Security, and end-of-life planning. * Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy, professionalism, and a "whatever it takes" attitude.
