Full description of the position

Please note that this position requires up to approximately 20% in-state travel to customer sites for meetings, events and project implementation, based on business needs. The Inside Sales/Account Manager will be responsible for the retention of existing assigned accounts by leveraging our comprehensive service solutions and educational technology products for the K-12 market. This will be accomplished by building strong relationships with assigned customers, helping customers build their solutions by actively promoting and communicating the company value proposition. Partner with sales team and internal cross functional teams to ensure a prime customer experience. Essential Responsibilities * Work directly with customers to ensure exceptional customer experience, ensuring growth of brand positioning * Ensuring proper account pipeline management including end to end order fulfillment, including generating quote, processing order, and executing order with internal supporting team. * Manage and maintain professional relationships with customers * Go through customers' requirements and provide quotes with appropriate products. (request knowledge sets or experience for educational technology products including but not limited to Chromebook, PC, Laptop, panels, AV systems) * Work with school district procurement departments to establish easy purchasing methods (request strong communication skills) * Attend project planning and sales meetings to coordinate support for all prospective. * Manage service ticket from the assigned customers and work with internal supporting team to meet SLA requirements. * Direct and supervise work of project administration/implementation and maintain satisfactory relations with customers. * Service accounts by providing technical assistance, monitoring customer activity and inventory movement. * Work with management, sales team, and service/deployment team to drive the discovery and resolution of project issues. * Communicate with manufacturer for necessary technical support or professional training for end-users. * Monitor project execution and provide daily/weekly status report to sales team. Draft daily/weekly summary reports for account manager. * Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension. * Keep up the morale of team members and build relationships with them to develop a strong unit and support their impact on project success. * Provide training to project coordinators, service team leads, and assigned project groups. * Attend shows/conventions. Help with sales in the company booth but also in the acquisition of the space for the booth and the installation/tear down/etc....) * Communicate, communicate, and communicate. Exercise established methods of communication to everyone (Prime internal sales team/project team/service team/repair team/support team, suppliers, and customers). Education and Experience Requirements * Bachelor's Degree is required * 5+ years of business/corporate/K-12/Government customer relationship building/service is required * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Strong organizational skills in planning and implementation * Ability to work well in a fast-paced, demanding and ever-changing team environment * Ability to interact effectively with others at all levels within and outside the Organization * Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks within given time constraints * Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Project * Educational technology related working experience is a plus * If you prefer to work remotely, please do not apply.
