Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating products, and providing exceptional service to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast- paced retail environment. Bilingual abilities and previous supervisory experience are a plus. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs * Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of merchandise * Upsell additional products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities * Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cashiering and cash handling * Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays * Ensure proper inventory levels through stock management and merchandising * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly * Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when handling customer calls * Assist in supervising team members when applicable, ensuring smooth store operations * Perform basic retail math for transactions, pricing, and inventory counts Skills * Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Experience with retail sales, upselling, and customer service excellence * Knowledge of grocery store operations, merchandising, and stocking procedures * Bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases (preferred) * Supervising experience (nice-to-have) for leadership roles * Ability to demonstrate product demos effectively * Basic math skills for retail transactions and inventory management * Professional phone etiquette for customer interactions * Familiarity with retail math concepts such as pricing and discounts Job Type: Full-time Pay: $72,751.47 - $87,614.67 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Relocation assistance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Oklahoma City, OK
