In this role, you will be the go-to expert for HVAC contractors, technicians, and DIY enthusiasts, providing top-notch customer service and technical advice while driving sales of HVAC equipment and supplies. * Assist customers with product selection, offering expert advice on HVAC systems, parts, and accessories * Process sales transactions and manage customer accounts using point-of-sale (POS) systems * Maintain accurate inventory records and restock shelves as needed * Collaborate with suppliers to ensure product availability and resolve any issues * Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies, industry trends, and local building codes * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner * Participate in ongoing product training to enhance knowledge and sales skills * Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and customer loyalty * Ensure a clean and organized sales floor and counter area Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred * 1-3 years of experience in HVAC sales or related field * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry best practices * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor * Proven sales ability and experience in a retail or counter sales environment * Proficiency in using computer systems, including POS and inventory management software * Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and preparing quotes * Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to HVAC installations * Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities * Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings as needed Additional Information Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans_ * Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
