What We're Looking For * A relationship-driven professional who enjoys connecting with others * Someone with a passion for hospice care and a heart-centered approach * A confident communicator who can build trust with healthcare partners * A track record of meeting or exceeding outreach or sales goals * Understanding of healthcare compliance and industry standards * Professional, respectful, and collaborative * Well-established network within Houston and surrounding areas (preferred) Key Responsibilities * Develop and nurture referral relationships with physicians, clinics, senior care communities, and other healthcare partners * Conduct outbound calls and in-person visits to increase visibility and generate referrals * Use market insights to identify growth opportunities and new referral sources * Deliver presentations and educational in-services on hospice services and care outcomes * Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth referral-to-admission process * Represent the organization at community events, activities, and outreach programs * Provide daily updates and activity reports to leadership * Proactively resolve barriers to care and ensure timely follow-up for referrals and admissions HOUWC46
