You will start as a financial professional who works hand-in-hand with clients to build your experience as you move through the program's requirements. For methodology, please see [please apply online] $110,000 - $130,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Develop a personalized, long-term strategy and gain hands-on experience while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial goals * Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds * Hire and lead your own group of financial professionals while serving as an associate partner * Hone your skills and facilitate success as a manager by participating in our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program * Complete the program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner Qualifications: * Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus * Highly motivated and goal-oriented professional looking for a challenging yet rewarding occupation * Required knowledge and experience working in the insurance or financial services field * Cultural markets knowledge preferred but not required * Some sales experience needed * We are only accepting applicants located in Hawaii, unless you plan to relocate to Hawaii.
