As an Acquisitions Agent, you'll play a vital role in sourcing and negotiating off- market residential investment opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying motivated sellers, evaluating property potential, and securing contracts that align with our investment criteria. Your efforts will directly support our investor network and help revitalize communities across the city. This is a role for closers. For hunters. For the ones who can read a room, build rapport in minutes, and aren't afraid of the word "no."
