Outside Sales Representative -- Packaging & Crating Compensation: $55,000 - $85,000 per year (DOE) Locations: Atlanta, GA | Houston, TX | Dallas, TX Industry Experience Required: Packaging / Crating We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to support business growth in custom packing, crating, and compliance services. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and representing the company at customer sites and industry events. Key Responsibilities * Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities * Build and maintain relationships with clients requiring hazardous and non-hazardous packaging solutions * Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and trade show visits * Manage sales pipeline, proposals, and CRM records * Collaborate with operations, marketing, and account teams to support client needs * Educate clients on services and ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * 3+ years of outside sales experience (preferably in packaging, logistics, or cargo services) * Knowledge of crating, packing, hazmat, or transit solutions * Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools * Willing to travel locally and attend events (up to 15%) * Hazmat/dangerous goods experience is a plus Schedule * Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Flexibility to work extended hours as needed SalesJobs #OutsideSales #PackagingIndustry #Crating #LogisticsCareers B2BSales #BusinessDevelopment #IndustrialSales #AtlantaJobs #HoustonJobs DallasJobs #NowHiring Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Application Question(s): * Do you have prior experience in the packaging, crating, logistics, or cargo services industry? * How familiar are you with selling compliance-related or hazmat-related solutions?
