Full description of the position

Overview We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bilingual Sales Representative to join our growing painting and construction company. This role is ideal for someone who understands the painting industry , enjoys working with clients, and is confident closing sales in both English and Spanish. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, preparing estimates, and helping grow our residential and commercial painting services. Responsibilities * Meet with clients to assess projects * Prepare and present accurate estimates and proposals * Communicate professionally with clients in English and Spanish * Follow up on leads and close sales * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Coordinate with project managers and crews to ensure smooth project execution * Represent the company in a professional and trustworthy manner Requirements * Bilingual (English & Spanish) - required * Previous experience or knowledge in painting (preferred) * Sales experience preferred (especially in home services or construction) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Basic knowledge of estimates, measurements, and job scopes * Ability to work well in a team environment with flexible availability to meet store needs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
