A global biochemistry company in the Bellevue, WA area is looking for a Bilingual (Japanese and English) Sales Representative to join their global team. The ideal candidate is someone who has a minimum of 1 years B2B sales experience. Your Japanese level can be anywhere between JLPT N1 - N4 level. This is a small team, so we value someone who has great communication skill and proactive and positive attitude toward to responsibilities you are assigned. Responsibilities for Bilingual (Japanese and English) Sales Representative: * Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers * Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs * Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships * Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction * Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments * Analyze the territory/market potentials, track sales, and status reports * Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services * Improve through feedback continuously * Other duties assigned by the managers Requirements for Bilingual (Japanese and English) Sales Representative: * Bilingual in both Japanese and English * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred * Strong business level communication skill in English language to read / write / negotiate to communicate with customers * Previous experience in B2B sales is plus (entry level is also welcomed) * Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point). * Outstanding work ethics and willingness to understand a multicultural environment is required * Is able to work in the office on weekdays (No WFH) Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 25 years.
