Full description of the position

Key Responsibilities: * Attend sales calls, corporate development meetings, and internal/external meetings to take notes and coordinate follow-ups * Manage calendars, schedule calls, and organize meetings for the CEO and Executive Administrator * Conduct outreach to customers and engage with prospects on LinkedIn and social media * Maintain accurate Salesforce records, including call notes, contacts, and follow-up action items * Prepare, edit, and polish presentations and reports for internal and client-facing meetings * Research companies and meeting participants to support executive decision-making * Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales-related projects and initiatives * Develop a strong working understanding of products, solutions, and the market over time Qualifications: * 1+ years of experience in sales support, executive assistance, or related roles * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) * Strong listening, interpersonal, and customer service skills Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
