What You'll Do * Deliver high-touch, consultative customer service * Demonstrate and explain premium sewing and vacuum products * Help customers solve problems, complete projects, and feel confident in their purchases * Build lasting customer relationships through trust and expertise * Collaborate with a professional, performance-focused team What We're Looking For * 1+ year of retail or consultative sales experience (high-end or specialty retail preferred) * 1+ year of customer service experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented * Comfortable learning technical products and explaining them clearly (Experience with sewing, crafting, or vacuums is a plus - but not required.
