Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential referral sources and driving sales growth in home care industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in home care industry and demonstrate excellent communication skills. This position is crucial for expanding our market presence and enhancing customer satisfaction. Duties * Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to generate interest in Home Care services. * Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Collaborate with the nursing home, hospitals, senior housing building, case managers and create referral sources * Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Create more referral sources and have existing relationship with different referral such as hospitals, nursing homes Qualifications * Proven experience in home care industry and relationship with key players in the industry * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients. * Demonstrated success in business development or lead generation initiatives. * Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is advantageous. * A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
