We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales individual to join our team at LA Fitness. You will be responsible for driving sales and membership growth by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our gym's products and services to potential new members. Performance based advancement to Assistant Manager and or General Manager Responsibilities: * Conducting gym tours and fitness consultations to potential new members and existing members * Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals * Building and maintaining relationships with members to encourage retention and referrals * Providing excellent customer service to all members and prospects * Keeping up-to-date with gym offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively sell gym memberships and services * Participating in community outreach events to promote the gym and increase brand awareness Requirements: * Previous sales experience, preferably in a fitness or wellness industry * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends * Passion for health and fitness, Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow * High school diploma or equivalent If you are passionate about fitness and sales, and are excited about the opportunity to grow with our gym, we want to hear from you!
