Position Overview The Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as the primary liaison between VeraPro and our clients, ensuring that technical solutions align with business objectives. This role combines technical expertise, project management, and client relationship management to deliver exceptional service outcomes. The TAM will oversee client accounts, manage support escalations, coordinate project delivery, and identify technology improvements that enhance client operations. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts. * Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and trust. * Collaborate with the technical team to manage service requests, IT projects, and escalations. * Conduct regular technology reviews, asset assessments, and lifecycle planning sessions with clients. * Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and risk reduction. * Develop and present client reports and recommendations for network, security, and infrastructure improvements. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services. * Maintain detailed documentation within VeraPro's service and CRM systems. Qualifications Required: * 3+ years of experience in IT account management, MSP operations, or technical consulting. * Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking fundamentals. * Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. * Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. * Strong organizational and documentation skills. Preferred: * Experience with Kaseya, Proofpoint, Acronis, Fortinet, or Dropsuite platforms. * Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified Associate. * Background in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile).
