Title : Customer Experience Professional - New Accounts Specialist Reports to: CMAS National Sales Manager Type: Full-time 40 hours/week Classification: Non-exempt/Hourly * Summary of Position: The New Accounts Specialist supports company growth by helping to open and develop new wholesale accounts. This role focuses on reaching out to potential customers, introducing products, and providing a positive experience that builds lasting relationships. Success in the position requires strong communication skills , a customer-first mindset , and enthusiasm for learning sales and account management. Essential Functions: Prospecting & Lead Generation * Research and identify potential wholesale clients through online tools, trade shows, and referrals. * Reach out to new and existing customers by phone, email, text, and social media to generate leads and grow sales. Relationship Management * Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. * Stay in touch regularly through calls, emails, and social media to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. Sales & Account Support * Share product information, pricing, promotions, and availability with customers. * Assist with marketing efforts, promotions, and sales strategies to support team goals. Order & Transaction Processing * Enter and manage customer orders in the system. * Handle billing, shipping, and product questions, and help resolve any issues quickly and professionally. Performance Tracking * Keep records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system. * Stay informed about market trends and competitors while working toward monthly and quarterly sales goals. Key Qualifications: * Strong in outbound sales : presenting products, identifying needs, and closing. * Willing to learn industry trends, products, and fitness programs. * Customer-focused with clear, professional communication. * Organized and efficient in managing accounts and orders. * Comfortable with CRM tools and online platforms. * Dependable , adaptable , and eager to grow. Physical Demands*: * Sitting - 90% daily * Bending, crouching, stooping, kneeling, standing or walking - 10% daily (occasional) * Visual acuity (20/40 - correctable by glasses/contacts) * Repetitive motions such as typing * Occasional lifting, pushing, pulling * Talking and Hearing Travel:** As needed Required Education and Experience: * High school diploma or GED Preferred Education and Experience: * 1-2 years of outbound sales experience * Previous work experience in the martial arts industry preferred but not required * Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 40 hours per week
