Account Manager - Fulfillment & Logistics (3PL Environment) We are seeking a sharp, organized, and responsible Account Manager with hands- on experience in fulfillment, logistics, and 3PL operations. This is an office-based role focused on managing client accounts, inventory data, and operational workflows. The position works closely with warehouse teams but does not involve warehouse labor. The ideal candidate understands how fulfillment warehouses operate and is comfortable working daily with Excel, inventory data, order tracking, and client communication. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of B2B and B2C fulfillment clients. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and warehouse operations. Track inbound and outbound orders, inventory accuracy, and service levels. Use Excel or Google Sheets daily for inventory tracking, order reconciliation, issue resolution, and operational reporting. Coordinate receiving schedules, cross-docking, pallet storage, and special handling. Communicate with trucking companies, brokers, and freight partners. Maintain accurate documentation in WMS and CRM systems. Identify operational issues, resolve discrepancies, and follow through until closure. Support account billing, charge verification, and exception handling. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or 3PL operations. Strong computer skills with daily Excel or Google Sheets usage. Ability to work independently with inventory data and operational reports. Solid understanding of inbound receiving, inventory control, pick and pack fulfillment workflows, B2B and B2C shipping, cross-docking, and palletized storage. Ability to read and understand BOLs, packing lists, and warehouse documentation. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment. English required, Spanish strongly preferred. Important Notes: This is not a warehouse labor position. This is not a sales role. Excel and computer-based work are core parts of this role. Candidates without regular computer and spreadsheet experience will not be a fit. Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour Work Location: In person
