For experienced insurance sales producers who are strong closers and want to make $100k+, this is the opportunity for you. Agency located in Bucks County, PA. This is an in-office position with remote opportunities available for top performers. Compensation Plan examples based on average monthly production not including bonus opportunities: * 40 items a month = $75,000 * 60 items a month = $110,000 *80 items a month = $150,000 *100 items a month = $200,000 This is ONLY for top performers who have had success in their current role but are seeking an opportunity to focus on sales, an agency with significant investments in Leads and Marketing, the opportunity to grow within the company, and make life-changing income for their future.
