This position is an in-office role located in East Liberty and requires daily, on-site attendance. Remote or hybrid work is not available. As an AT&T Account Associate with our company, you will be responsible for giving our customers the attention and recognition they deserve through successful enrollment strategies and account management. Our AT&T Account Associates will work with AT&T services to provide businesses and customers with the connectivity and communication services they rely on every day In this AT&T Account Associate role, you will work with businesses and customers, learn about their operations, and identify where connectivity, wireless, or fiber services can enhance efficiency. From the first introduction to final enrollment, the AT&T Account Associate will manage their account in detail. The AT&T Account Associate will also ensure each business receives tailored solutions that not only meet their immediate needs but also position them for long-term success. *AT &T Account Associate Responsibilities: * Introduce AT&T's services directly to businesses and customers to enhance their efficiencies * Listen carefully, identify customers' needs, and recommend the right services to help businesses thrive. * Use company-provided technology to ensure every sales and enrollment is accurate, seamless, and compliant. * Gain in-depth knowledge of the telecommunications field and AT&T's evolving services so you can confidently assist customers and businesses * Take part in regular team meetings, workshops, and ongoing training to sharpen your skills and role development * Drive enrollment by clearly communicating benefits, tailoring solutions, and building trust. AT &T Account Associate Qualifications: * Experience in a customer service, sales, retail, or labor based role prior is a plus * Time management skills * Desire to learn new skills and enhance existing skills * Problem solving capabilities * Ambitious individuals who are great with verbal and written communication * Warehouse, construction, or similar is also a plus This position is an in-office role located in East Liberty and requires daily, on-site attendance.
