Full description of the position

Term: Full-Time Compensation: TBD Location: Houston, TX *Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Rep with experience selling technology and/or other services over the phone, by email, and via web-based presentations. As an Account Executive, you will manage a client book and proactively reach out to ensure client satisfaction/retention while continuously hunting and closing new business. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business, has experience in product sales and hitting sales quotas, and loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market. Responsibilities for Account Executive * Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas. * Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal * Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects. * Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships. * The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities. * Staying current on company offerings and industry trends. * Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective clients * Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers' dedication. * Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs. * Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming at customer contentment and preserving the company's reputation. * Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data Qualifications for Account Executive * Proven experience as an Account Executive or in other sales/customer service role * Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles * Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of HXM software (e.g. SAP) is a plus * Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships * Organizational and time-management skills * Strong Business Acumen, including demonstrated knowledge of business processes and/or industries. * Enthusiastic and passionate * BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing Email your resume - [please apply online]
