Job Description: Region Sales Manager - Ole Mexican Foods Position Overview: Ole Mexican Foods, a leading producer of authentic Mexican food products, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales operations in the Dallas Fort Worth region. This role will involve managing a team of sales representatives, fostering strong customer relationships, and achieving sales growth while promoting Ole Mexican Foods' commitment to quality and tradition. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve division sales goals and market expansion. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Set clear performance targets, monitor progress, and provide coaching to enhance team effectiveness. 2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the Dallas region and surrounding markets. Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including retailers, wholesalers, and foodservice operators. Negotiate contracts and promotional agreements to secure favorable terms for the company. 3. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies. Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to ensure product offerings meet market demands. Analyze sales data to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and report findings to senior leadership. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with clients to develop customized solutions and promotional plans that drive mutual growth. Represent Ole Mexican Foods at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements to enhance brand visibility. 5. Operational Management: Oversee the division's budget, including expenses, revenue targets, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards. Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and inventory management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on collaboration and performance improvement. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Knowledge of Mexican food products and the DFW market is a plus.
