Atlas Insurance Agency is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

:

• Manage and service personal lines accounts (auto, home, umbrella, etc.)
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
• Assist clients with claims and billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications

:

• Prior experience in personal lines insurance preferred
• Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with insurance management systems and Microsoft Office
