Robert Half is hiring Appointment Setters/Sales Assistants for a leading client headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA for a remote opportunity, only residents from PA, FL, OH and DE. If you live in Pittsburgh, PA you are required to be hybrid and work partially onsite. This is a full time position, possibility for contract to hire. They have a structured 60 day plan based off performance. Work schedule: Monday Friday. Pay: $17. Pay changes after 60 days to $20. Must have previous sales experience. 1st week of training is 9AM -1PM/2PM EASTERN. After training you can schedule your hours between 8:30am 6:30pm. What We're Looking For: We're seeking individuals who are reliable, eager to learn, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment. What Youll Do: As an Appointment Setter, youll be the first point of contact between our clients and potential customers. Youll play a key role in initiating long- term business relationships by: * Scheduling qualified appointments with C-level executives and high-level decision-makers across a variety of industries * Presenting client solutions in areas such as Employee Benefits, Property & Casualty, Executive Compensation, and IT * Representing our clients professionally, positioning their unique value with confidence * Using proprietary tools to manage lead information and follow-up communications * Meeting and exceeding appointment quotas while maintaining high-quality standards * Previous experience in sales or appointment setting roles. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to confidently engage professionals. * Reliable transportation for hybrid or onsite work, if required. * Proficiency in data entry and maintaining organized records. * Familiarity with call center customer service environments. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting. * Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills. * Availability to work Monday through Friday with flexibility after training.
