In this role, you'll represent one of the most trusted names in telecom by engaging directly with customers throughout the Houston area, promoting AT&T's wireless and internet service solutions. Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Associate: * Represent AT&T with professionalism and in-depth product knowledge during all in-person customer interactions * Deliver tailored presentations to customers based on individual needs * Generate new business through direct outreach in designated territories * Manage the full sales process--from customer engagement to enrollment completion * Stay up to date on AT&T products, current promotions, and pricing plans * Resolve customer questions or concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction * Track sales activity, report metrics, and consistently aim to exceed daily/weekly targets * Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve strategies and performance Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Associate: * Experience in sales, customer service, or account management * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach * Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Adaptability and leadership potential; ideal for candidates seeking growth opportunities AT&T Sales Associate Position Overview: * Job Location: Based in Houston, TX. Daily reporting to our Houston office is required. Sales activities are conducted face-to-face in assigned locations throughout the Houston metro area. * Employment Type: Full-time (approximately 40-50 hours per week) * Compensation: Commission-only * Average earnings range between $800-$1,200 per week * Typical commission: $80-$155 per customer enrolled * Most team members average at least 1 sale per day Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
