Insurance experience necessary. * Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Communication - The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all. * Organization - Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner. * Team Oriented - Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace. Responsibilities: * Answer client's questions regarding payments and notices. * Process endorsements for clients. * Manage a diverse book of house accounts. * Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers. * Support designated sales staff. * Review and respond to renewal activities. * Follow up and see tasks thru to completion. This is afull-time, onsite role. Experience and proper licensing arerequired. Salary will be commensurate with experience. The candidate selected for this role will have experience supporting property management. Other locations in Northern California will be considered for this role.
