Position Summary The Sales Consultant is responsible for driving new business development and expanding strategic client relationships through a consultative, values-based sales approach. This role requires a proven background in servant leadership, executive-level engagement, and solution-oriented selling. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with a deep commitment to serving clients, colleagues, and the broader mission of leadership excellence. This position operates with significant autonomy and is expected to perform at the highest professional standards, consistent with a global, multi-billion- dollar enterprise. Business Development & Revenue Growth * Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with RBS Group's leadership consulting, executive development, and organizational effectiveness offerings. * Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, from initial outreach through contract execution. * Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets. Executive & Client Engagement * Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, HR leaders, and boards. * Conduct discovery conversations to understand complex organizational challenges and align RBS Group solutions accordingly. * Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to C-suite and senior leadership audiences. Servant Leadership & Relationship Stewardship * Lead with integrity and service in all client and internal interactions. * Build long-term, values-based relationships grounded in trust and mutual success. * Model servant leadership principles by prioritizing client outcomes over transactional wins. Collaboration & Brand Representation * Partner closely with consultants, facilitators, and internal leadership to ensure seamless client experiences. * Represent RBS Group at executive briefings, industry events, and leadership forums. * Uphold and enhance the RBS Group brand through professional conduct, strategic insight, and disciplined execution. Strategic Insight & Market Intelligence * Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, leadership development best practices, and competitive dynamics. * Provide feedback to internal stakeholders to inform service innovation and go-to-market strategy. Qualifications Required * 3+ years of experience in consultative or enterprise-level sales, professional services, or leadership consulting. * Demonstrated success selling to executive and senior leadership audiences. * Strong foundation in servant leadership philosophy with the ability to articulate and apply its principles in a sales context. * Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * High degree of professionalism, discretion, and executive presence. * Ability to travel regionally as needed. Preferred * Bachelor's degree in Business, Leadership, Organizational Development, or a related field. * Experience selling leadership development, executive coaching, or organizational consulting services. * Formal training or certification in servant leadership or related leadership methodologies.
