Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Stylist to join our team. As a Retail Sales Stylist, you will be responsible for contributing to the daily operations of our boutique and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have strong selling skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Duties: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals -Build and maintain client relationships through engagement and connecting with clients while styling head to toe looks -Develop a strong client book through superior service and excellent in store experiences - Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times -Ability to meet and exceed Sales and KPI goals, with emphasis on UPT and DPT Qualifications: - Proven experience in Retail Sales - Excellent administrative abilities with attention to detail - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively - Knowledge of inventory management systems and point-of-sale software - Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays We offer competitive compensation along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
