Title: Regional Sales Manager - Golf Division (US) Location: Remote(Based in FL or AZ preferred) Type: Full-time (Base Salary + Aggressive Commission) About Us KEMIMOTO is a globally renowned brand in the outdoor powersports sector. Currently, we are teaming up with the world's leading smart manufacturing partner, Navee, to enter the US golf market with the revolutionary Apex Series Smart Caddies. We are now seeking an entrepreneurial regional sales manager to redefine the golf walking experience through technology by establishing an offline dealer and ProShop network. The Mission You will be the "first employee" of the KEMIMOTO golf department in the offline market of the United States. Your core objective is to break into the ProShops of top golf courses and independent retailers in Florida (or the target state), making the KEMIMOTO Apex series (Apex R/RF/Al) their top- recommended products. Job Description Title: National Key Account Manager - Golf Division (US) Location: Remote (US Based - FL/CA preferred but not mandatory) Employment Type: Full-time (Base Salary + Performance Bonus) Key Responsibilities National Key Account (KA) Acquisition Directly responsible for negotiating, onboarding, and finalizing contracts with the headquarters of major national chain retailers, including PGA Tour Superstore, Golf Galaxy (Dick's), and Worldwide Golf Shops. Key Objective: Ensure the KEMIMOTO Apex Series (R/RF/AI) is successfully added to the vendor lists of at least 2 major chain channels by the end of 2026. U.S. Distribution Network Development Identify and develop strong regional golf distributors to cover thousands of independent Pro Shops across the U.S. via distribution partnerships, rather than direct single-store operations. Manage distributors' pricing systems and inventory turnover to optimize supply chain efficiency. Channel & Pricing Strategy Formulation & Execution Develop and implement a strict Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy to balance pricing across KA channels, Amazon, and independent e-commerce stores, protecting profit margins for offline dealers. Design exclusive promotional campaigns and in-store display programs for KA channels to drive brand visibility and sales. Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the golf trolley, electric golf cart, or related hardware accessories industry. Network & Relationships: Possess an existing, activatable network of buyer contacts at major U.S. golf retailers. A mandatory requirement is the ability to schedule buyer meetings with PGA Tour Superstore (PGATSS) or Dick's Sporting Goods within the first week of onboarding. Core Competencies: Exceptional business negotiation skills; in-depth knowledge of large retailers' vendor onboarding processes, payment term management, and rebate programs. $300,000.00$800,000.00 : * Relocation assistance Work Location:
