As an Optician, you will be an essential part of an outstanding team, seamlessly taking customers through the process of selecting and ordering eyewear and accessories that best suit them, assisting with fitting, and providing education on the proper care for their chosen products -- all within a fun and upbeat environment. RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patients with frame and lens selections * Conduct accurate and thorough eyewear fittings and adjustments * Educate patients on lens options, frames, and other optical products * Process orders and maintain accurate patient records * Collaborate with the optical team to achieve sales goals and targets * Stay updated on industry trends and products through ongoing training and education SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Optician or in optical sales * Must be Bilingual-English/Spanish * Strong multitasking abilities with high energy and ambition * Excellent leadership qualities and a commitment to personal and professional growth * Impeccable track record of success at previous jobs * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Type: Full Time (Hourly)
