I'm seeking a Real Estate Acquisition & Investment assistant to help identify, analyze, and negotiate profitable residential opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on deal hunting, market research, and negotiation, and wants to earn a percentage of each successful deal closed rather than a traditional salary . This is a deal-based, performance-driven role with the opportunity to grow into a long-term partnership as volume scales. Core

Duties

• Research and identify residential fix-and-flip opportunities
• Analyze deals using ARV, rehab estimates, comps, and ROI
• Source on-market and off-market properties
• Communicate with agents, wholesalers, sellers, and investors
• Assist in negotiation of purchase prices and deal terms
• Track leads, offers, and deal status in spreadsheets or CRM tools
• Support due diligence: comps, tax records, liens, and zoning checks Growth & Strategy
• Identify emerging neighborhoods and undervalued markets
• Build relationships with wholesalers and local agents
• Help refine acquisition criteria and investment strategy
• Participate in deal strategy discussions and offer recommendations

Compensation

is deal-based and performance-driven. The partner will receive a negotiated percentage of profit or acquisition fee for each successfully closed deal and/or negotiation completed.
