Job Title: Director of Hospitality Partnerships Location: Oahu, Hawaii Company: Vertex Premier Hotel Services About the Role: Vertex Premier Hotel Services is seeking a driven, self-starting Director of Hospitality Partnerships to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii. This role is 100% individual contributor and hunter-focused , responsible for generating new hotel partnerships entirely through cold outreach --no warm leads, no hand-holding, and no inbound support. If you're a tenacious closer who understands local customs, values relationships, and thrives on building something from the ground up, this is your chance to own the island. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively prospect, cold call, and develop new hotel partnerships across Oahu * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of hotel clients, from boutique properties to large resorts * Pitch Vertex's suite of hospitality solutions and close long-term service agreements * Understand and navigate the local hospitality market, including decision-making structures and cultural dynamics unique to Hawaii * Maintain CRM activity and reporting with accuracy and consistency * Represent Vertex with professionalism and integrity at all times Requirements: * Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally in hospitality or service-related industries * Must be comfortable and experienced with 100% cold outreach * Deep familiarity with Hawaiian culture, values, and business etiquette * Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills * Self-motivated and comfortable working independently * Based in or willing to relocate to Oahu Compensation & Benefits: * Base Salary: $80,000 * Commission: Uncapped (high earning potential) * Other Benefits: PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and significant career growth opportunities Join Us: If you're a resourceful, high-energy sales professional who can create opportunity where none exists, we want to hear from you.
