Inside Sales Professional Join our team in the exciting field of Health & Wellness! Successful Nutraceutical and Wellness Leader is hiring an experienced Insides Sales and Customer Service Professional to sell natural vitamins and supplements. Clients would include Physicians, Chiropractors, Naturopaths, Pharmacists, Certified Clinical Nutritionists, and other Healthcare Professionals. This is a rewarding opportunity for an immediate, full-time position. Competitive, performance-based compensation package includes salary, commission, bonus, wellness program and benefits! Wages $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 annually based on experience, with the potential for a bonus of $600.00 - $1200.00 per month based on meeting sales goals. Duties & Responsibilities: * Placing outbound calls to client database to generate renewed business and encourage engagement. * Answer inbound calls and address questions and client concerns. * Taking and processing orders received over the phone, via email, or website. * Placing outbound calls to leads and sales calls to existing clients. Follow up on referrals and trade show leads. * Work, manage, maintain, and grow customer database of leads and clients in NetSuite. The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills: * A proven track record of success with a minimum of one year of inside sales experience with prospecting & closing skillset. * A passion for sales or building relationships with clients. * Organized self-starter able to multitask and take direction with a keen attention to detail. * Team-Oriented and able to work autonomously. * Willing to take the initiative to get the job done properly and be a great problem solver. * Computer literacy with a technical understanding. Familiarity with ERP NetSuite software is highly desirable, but not required. * Experience or knowledge of the Vitamin/Supplement industry a plus. * Ability to multitask in a high paced environment.Nutritional Frontiers, LLC
